Eat at Black Eyed Pea on 4/23 & 4/24
On 4/23 and 4/24, the Black Eyed Pea on Lincoln Ave. will donate 20% of ALL dinner checks to Ponderosa baseball when customers tell them they are with Ponderosa baseball.

Help spread the word about this upcoming fundraiser by distributing the Black Eyed Pea fundraiser flyer and telling everyone you know about it!

Grocery Certificates

Purchase grocery certificates for use at King Soopers or Safeway and raise money for Ponderosa baseball. Grocery certificates now come in the form of gift cards which may be purchased at the PHS Activity Office, or from Choice Bank in Stroh Ranch. They come in $25.00 and $100.00 denominations. When you purchase them, you will be asked to fill out a form and indicate which school group should benefit. Please indicate Ponderosa baseball.

For every $25.00 purchased, the grocery store will contribute $1.00 to the Ponderosa baseball program. If you buy groceries, gas, prescriptions, lift tickets, flowers, etc., at King Soopers to the tune of, say $200.00 per week, by using grocery gift cards to pay for these items, the grocery store would contribute $8.00 per week to the Ponderosa baseball program. If 20 families participate, Ponderosa baseball will receive $160.00 per week. With more than 60 families in the program, if 60 families participate Ponderosa baseball will receive $480.00 per week.

For 2008 these funds were used to buy 500 Ponderosa Mustangs baseball posters. What would you like for next year's team?

Colorado Rockies Ticket Sales Program
Go see two Rockies games for the price of one and help raise money for Mustangs baseball! For the $38 price of a single Rockies field level ticket, our Colorado Rockies ticket fundraiser supporters will receive great field level Rockies tickets to two games (vs. Mets on 5/24 @ 2:05 pm and vs. Dodgers on 9/13 @ 6:05pm). That's right, we are offering these field level tickets to both of these Rockies games for the price of a single game field level ticket!

Outfield Fence Banner Program
If you have a local business contact who is interested in an advertising banner on the outfield fence, please use our Outfield Fence Banner contract. Also, please keep either Katie Wheeler or Jim Kimbrel informed of who you are working with so we're not duplicating efforts. Please return the signed contract and check to either Katie, Jim, or Matt Daughenbaugh.

If you have a contact with a business who might be interested in becoming a sponsor, please print out our Advertising Program General Information and Rate Card which decribes all the various advertising levels. Also, please be sure to contact our Advertising Committee chairman, Jim Oliver, with the names of the businesses you are planning to approach so we won't be "stepping on each other's toes".
