To pay Winter fees online, first choose your payment option in the form below, then fill in your player's name in the text box and click on the Pay Now button. If you choose the half payment option, the first payment is due on 1/3. Remember to return to this page to make your second payment which is due on 2/1.

 

After clicking on the Pay Now button on this web page, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal web page to finalize your payment. On the PayPal web page, choose your method of payment by either logging in to your PayPal account to pay that way, or click on the Continue link at the lower left of the PayPal web page if you prefer to pay with a credit card or bank account (where available).

Please do not give a check to the coaches, so that they will not be distracted from their coaching duties.

 

3.5% "TAX" FOR PAYPAL SERVICE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ONLINE PAYMENTS: A "Tax" amount of 3.5% will be added to the net amount of this online payment upon checkout. This is actually NOT a conventional government tax but instead covers the service fee which PayPal deducts from every online transaction, which over the last year, has cost the program several thousand dollars.

 

PAY BY CHECK TO AVOID PAYING 3.5% PAYPAL SERVICE FEE "TAX". Checks for the net amount may be given or mailed to Diamond Club Treasurer Caroline Loutzenhiser (22037 Pebble Brook Ln. Parker 80138). Checks should be made payable to Ponderosa Diamond Club. All payment due dates and deadlines are still in effect for those who choose to pay by check. A $20 service fee plus any bank fees incurred will be added for any returned checks.
