Rockies Tickets Fundraiser Committee: Steve Payne
Coordinate the distribution of Rockies tickets and collection of funds.
Behn Foundation Committee: Kevin Knapp
Identify new sponsors and help with planning and implementation of upcoming tasks and activities.
Social Committee: Caroline Loutzenhizer, Lisa Biggins, Angie Hughes, Susan Pannwitz and Stephanie VanZante, Beth Chapman
Coordinate Social activities: pancake breakfast, merchandise sales, vendor booths, team equipment acquisition, team and individual player photographs.
Concessions Committee: Jen Piper, Marybeth Mishler
Coordinate the inventory of goods sold in the snack shack, work with each team snack shack representative to collect money and also re-order items. Team level volunteers needed.
Travel Committee: Caroline Loutzenhiser
Research, plan and coordinate travel arrangements for spring break trip and selected out of town summer tournaments.
Field Manager Committee: Tom Feldhaus
Manage field maintenance and upkeep.
Uniforms/Spirit Wear Committee: Staci Paust
Coordinate, order and distribute team uniforms and fan spirit wear.
Communications/Website Committee: Paul Orwig
Coordinate program communications and manage program website.
Advertising Committee: OPEN
Create an integrated advertising campaign for scoreboard, outfield fence, coordinate the design of outfield banners, write proposals, visit prospective sponsors, collect money from sponsors.
Media Guide Committee: OPEN
Plan and manage all aspects of creating an annual media guide.
